  1. Quién y para quién. Signalia es de EMPRESA SER SPA (Chile). Es solo para personas de 18 años o más.
  2. Tus fotos. Sube solo fotos tuyas o de personas que te dieron permiso. Tú eres responsable de lo que subes.
  3. Lo que no se permite: usar la cara de alguien sin su permiso o para engañar, hacerse pasar por otra persona, contenido sexual de personas reales, cualquier contenido con menores de edad, acoso, odio o violencia. Podemos rechazar una generación, revisar los reportes y bloquear el acceso de quien abuse del servicio.
  4. Resultados de IA. Los looks se crean con IA y pueden variar. Si un resultado no te parece tú, tienes un reintento gratis por look («¿No eres tú?»). Si la generación falla por un problema técnico, te devolvemos automáticamente el crédito de ese look. Si el filtro de contenido no permite un look, también te devolvemos su crédito, hasta 3 veces por día en cada teléfono; desde la cuarta ese mismo día, ese crédito no se devuelve (la app te lo avisa).
  5. Créditos. Se compran dentro de la app, no vencen y se usan cuando quieras. Como no hay cuenta, se guardan en este teléfono: si cambias de teléfono o borras la app, no se pueden recuperar. Los reembolsos de compras los gestiona Apple.
  6. Lo que generas. Puedes usar tus resultados como quieras, respetando estos términos y los derechos de las personas que aparecen. Los resultados de IA pueden llevar marcas de procedencia del proveedor (por ejemplo, C2PA).
  7. Cambios y contacto. Si cambiamos estos términos, lo avisamos en la app. Contacto: soporte@signalia-app.com. Ley aplicable: Chile.

  1. Who and for whom. Signalia is by EMPRESA SER SPA (Chile). It is only for people 18 or older.
  2. Your photos. Only upload photos of yourself or of people who gave you permission. You are responsible for what you upload.
  3. Not allowed: using someone's face without permission or to deceive, impersonating anyone, sexual content of real people, any content involving minors, harassment, hate or violence. We may refuse a generation, review reports and block access for anyone who abuses the service.
  4. AI results. Looks are made with AI and can vary. If a result doesn't look like you, you get one free retry per look ("Not you?"). If a generation fails for a technical reason, we automatically refund that look's credit. If the content filter doesn't allow a look, we also refund its credit, up to 3 times per day on each phone; from the fourth time that day, that credit isn't refunded (the app tells you).
  5. Credits. Bought in the app, they never expire and you use them whenever you want. Since there is no account, they live on this phone: if you switch phones or delete the app, they can't be recovered. Apple handles purchase refunds.
  6. What you create. You can use your results as you like, within these terms and the rights of the people in them. AI results may carry the provider's provenance marks (for example, C2PA).
